6 Ways To Boost Your Productivity Levels And Find More Time

Introduction

Productivity is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s different for every person and every situation. But, that doesn’t mean you can’t find ways to boost your productivity levels and find more time for the things that matter most to you!

The following tips have helped me become more productive over time, but they may not work for everyone. They are definitely worth trying out though!

6 Ways To Boost Your Productivity Levels And Find More Time

Create a daily to-do list.

Create a daily to-do list.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget about your long-term goals, but creating a daily to-do list can help you stay focused on what needs to be done. And when you prioritize your tasks, you’ll have more time at the end of each day and week–which means more time for fun!

If there are things that don’t require immediate attention (like email), put them at the bottom of the list so they don’t distract you from your main objectives throughout the day. Schedule breaks between each task so that when it’s time for lunch or coffee break, they won’t feel like an interruption; instead use this time wisely by taking care of those less important tasks first (like checking emails). This way when lunch rolls around again after 30 minutes or so has passed since starting them earlier during break times instead of just taking off from work completely without finishing anything else first.”

Time your tasks.

  • Time your tasks.
  • Use a timer or calendar to schedule your workday, and then stick to it! If you have a lot of things going on, it’s important that you plan out how much time each task will take. If there are any distractions in the office (or at home), make sure they don’t interfere with getting things done.

Schedule breaks in advance.

  • Schedule breaks in advance.
  • Take a walk outside or go for a coffee break every 90 minutes. This will help you stay focused and energized, so that you don’t burn out while working on something that can take hours to complete (like writing an article). If possible, try not to work more than eight hours in one sitting.

Use anti-procrastination tools and apps.

There are lots of tools and apps that can help you stay on task. Here are a few examples:

  • Task manager: A tool that allows you to organize your tasks in order of priority, then easily see what needs doing next. It’s like having an assistant who reminds you about upcoming deadlines and helps prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency.
  • To-do list app: A digital version of the old paper-based system where you write out everything that needs doing on post-it notes, which then get stuck onto a wall somewhere so they’re visible at all times (or just stay in your head). This might seem like overkill but it can be very effective if used correctly!
  • Pomodoro timer: An easy way to focus on one thing at a time with short breaks every 25 minutes or so–and no Internet access during those 25 minutes either! This technique was invented by Francesco Cirillo back in 1986 (hence “Pomodoro”) but has since become hugely popular due to its effectiveness at helping people get stuff done without distractions coming from social media sites etcetera…

Keep your inbox clean at all times.

Clean up your inbox and make sure it’s always empty.

The first step to getting organized is to clean up your email inbox. It should be empty at all times, unless you’re specifically waiting for an important message from someone else. If there are more than three emails in your inbox, start sorting them into folders or labels so that they’re easy to find later on when you need them. You should also set up filters so that any new messages will automatically go into certain folders based on their content (e.g., emails from friends go into a separate folder). This will help keep things organized and prevent clutter from building up over time!

Lastly but not leastly… set up an auto-responder! If someone sends you an email while you’re away from the office or simply don’t have time right now (and even if they know this), tell them what date/time range they should expect a response by setting up an auto-responder with Boomerang – which allows users access 24 hours per day 7 days per week via desktop computer browser or mobile device app available free of charge through Gmail account setup process; simply click “Create New App” button located at top right corner below image showing two people talking face-to-face while standing next door each other separated only by glass wall between them.”

Take a nap (if you can!)

Napping is a great way to boost your productivity levels and find more time. Naps of 20 minutes or less are best, as this will help you get back to work feeling refreshed and ready to go. If you can’t nap during the day, try taking one before bedtime!

Conclusion

Hopefully, this blog post has given you some ideas on how to boost your productivity levels and find more time in your day. There are many different ways that we can manage our time better, but the key thing is to keep trying new things until we find something that works for us. If there’s anything I learned from writing this article, it’s that procrastination is universal–and yet there are still people out there who manage to get things done! So if they can do it, then so can we all…with just a little bit of determination and commitment!
